A: It’s simple! You schedule a pickup, we collect your laundry, wash, dry, fold it with care, and deliver it back to your door—fresh and ready to put away.

A: All around Southeast Michigan. Beyond that? Contact us for a custom quote!
Q: Is there a minimum order size?
A: Yes, we have a 10-pound minimum per order.
Q: What kind of detergent do you use?
A: We use only high quality detergents. We also offer hypoallergenic, gentle detergent that’s safe for sensitive skin. Let us know if you have specific needs!
Q: Do I really send you my underwear?
A: Yep—if it’s laundry, we’ll handle it! Undergarments are just part of the load, and we treat all items with care, professionalism, and total discretion. Nothing surprises us—we’ve seen it all (and washed it all)! 🧺
Q: What if my laundry smells… not great?
A: That’s what we’re here for! Life gets messy—our job is to make it fresh again. Zero shame, ever.

A: It happens! We check pockets as best we can and always keep anything we find safe and confidential.
Q: Is it weird to send in just one small bag? Or like... a mountain of laundry?
A: Not weird at all! We handle everything from “just a few things” to “how did this happen?” situations. Send what you’ve got.
Q: Can you hang dry or air dry certain items?
A: Absolutely. Just leave a note with your order or message us, and we’ll take extra care of those items.
Q: How do you handle delicate or specialty fabrics?
A: We always check care labels and follow best practices. If you have specific instructions, let us know!
Q: Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
A: Nope! Just leave your laundry in a secure spot (porch, bin, etc.) and we’ll handle the rest.
